2. Nature of the Service

EjectWave provides free, browser-based physical acoustic sound wave synthesis intended to vibrate smartphone speaker micro-diaphragms and assist in dislodging water droplets and loose dust particles. The service operates locally via the standard Web Audio API without modifying device firmware or internal system hardware.

3. Device Safety & Liquid Ingress Disclaimer

While EjectWave incorporates dynamics compression to limit signal clipping and preserve speaker coil integrity, you acknowledge and agree that:

EjectWave is an auxiliary aid and does not replace official repair services or guarantee complete liquid removal from submerged electronics.
Liquid damage to electronic devices can cause immediate short circuits, corrosion, and battery degradation. EjectWave is not liable for device failures, existing water corrosion, warranty invalidation, or hardware defects arising from liquid exposure.
Users should never place their ears directly adjacent to the speaker grille while playing high-volume acoustic test frequencies.

4. Intellectual Property

All software architecture, visual designs, logos, and written content on EjectWave are the exclusive property of EjectWave and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Third-party trademarks including iPhone, AirPods, Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel are referenced strictly for nominative compatibility identification. EjectWave is not endorsed by or affiliated with Apple Inc., Samsung Electronics, or Google LLC.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EjectWave and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this website.
